A. Ritzer blog of 10 January 2013. But this introduction to that re-publication has grown, over the ensuing months, into its own substantial article, “The Big Lie of Overpopulation and the Fear that Drives It.” It is available here in full for those with paid subscriptions and will appear in several parts for all others.
